A lovely newly refurbished apartment with a marvelous view over the lake and the hills, just two minutes walking from the center and the famous chestnut path. Located on the 4th floor of a quiet street, the apartment has been completely renovated in October 2022, and has a big and bright open-plan living area, with a modern kitchen and 2 balconies (with lake view and mountain view).
