Casa excelente, ótima localização !

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa , casa aconchegante com uma vista maravilhosa de frente para o mar , ótima localização com praias próximas com águas calmas para ir com crianças : Praia Grande , Pitangueiras , Baraqueçaba , Arrastão...

Residência muito fiel ao está descrito no anúncio Ótima localização Faltam uns aparelhos de ar condicionado, levem ventilador, passei muito calor a noite. Praia com ótima estrutura, mar calmo e ótimo para crianças

Casa muito bem limpa e organizada

Fiquei do dia 18 a 22 de janeiro, tem uma cozinha com utensílios e eletrodomésticos completo, banheiro limpo organizado, o chuveiro podia ter uma vazão de água maior mas correspondeu as necessidades. Quartos limpos organizados, suíte com bela vista para o mar. Uma boa Sala de estar com vista para o mar, um quintal nos fundos para deixar o Pet. Dei 4estrelas só por causa do colchão, eu prefiro um colchao mais firme e de maior espessura. Meu sogro tem dificuldade de locomoção então as escadas dificultaram, se for levar criança precisa ficar muito atento com as escadas, faltou grade de proteção nelas. Casa com sala e quartos muito bem arejados, mas por ser litoral, é quente. Os ventiladores podiam ser melhores. Como sugestão seria bom um ar condicionado nos quartos.
