Welcome to our cozy and comfortable home that is the perfect place for visiting Lakeland.

The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, dedicated work space for remote workers, and a dining area, perfect for gatherings.

The house is located just minutes away from downtown, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and parks.

THE SPACE:

As you approach the front steps, you will notice a swing to enjoy your coffee or tea in the morning. Once you step inside, you will be greeted by beautiful wood floors throughout the main living area that add warmth and elegance to the space. When you have some downtime, sit back on and enjoy some vinyls and turn on the record player, or log into your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix or Hulu on the SmartTV.

The bedrooms feature plush carpeting for added comfort. There is two queen beds and a bunk bed with a trundle available for sleeping arrangements. Enjoy natural light streaming in through the windows, highlighting the unique original features of the house.

The master bedroom is a true retreat with a spacious walk-in closet for all your storage needs. The bathrooms have been recently upgraded with custom tile work and sleek vanities, giving them a spa-like feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals for you and your family.

Additional parking is also available off the left side of the home in addition to the main driveway and parking area.

The house is located just minutes away from downtown Lakeland, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and parks. Bonet Springs Park is just west of the house and a must-see for visitors. The Lakeland Square Mall and Lakeside Village are also nearby, providing a variety of shopping and dining options. For nature lovers, Lake Morton, Lake Mirror, and Lake Hollingsworth are just a short drive away, and offer beautiful scenery and recreational activities.

The location is also convenient for those who need to travel for work, as it is situated close to major highways and local restaurants.

Overall, the neighborhood offers a perfect blend of convenience and relaxation.
