About this property

This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom single family home has stunning views of the ocean, and is located steps away from Moonstone Beach. Listen to the waves crashing as you relax and unwind. Each bedroom has its own en suite and special features: the Master Suite has a fireplace plus a jetted jacuzzi bathtub and walk-in closet; the Second Suite features a quiet balcony facing the beautiful pine trees of Cambria and accesses the rooftop deck with expansive views of the ocean and the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped and features double ovens, a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with filtered water. A Tesla charger and washer/dryer are both available in the one-car garage.

There is plenty to do in the area. Take a walk along the waterfront boardwalk that features the best sunsets you'll ever see, or build sandcastles near the shore. Enjoy dinner right along the water at one of the three ocean-front restaurants too! You won't be able to get enough of the ocean breezes. Cambria is located about 40 minutes north of San Luis Obispo, about 10 minutes south of Hearst Castle, and about 30 minutes west of Paso Robles, where there are over 200 wineries to choose from for an enjoyable day of wine tasting.

Take the drive north on Highway 1 to Big Sur, visit Elephant Seal Beach, or shop on Main Street in Cambria which features shopping, art, bookstores, restaurants, and more. Whatever you choose, you'll be amazed at how relaxing the atmosphere is in this little quaint seaside town. Welcome to your serenity by the sea.

Hi I'm Nancy and I'm a native of Southern California. I've been visiting Cambria since I was a little kid, making the annual retreat with my parents and siblings to celebrate their anniversary. So, when the opportunity presented itself to find a place called home in the area, it was not even an option to say no to the beautiful views, sounds of the ocean and relaxing atmosphere that Cambria has to offer.

I love to travel the world and have been to cities on almost every continent. But there is no place in the world like Cambria. Come and visit and you'll see what I mean!

Why they chose this property

Moonstone Beach is a favorite because of the vast moonstones you can find all along the beach. Local artists use them to fashion new jewelry. I use them as decoration around the house. - which is a mere 2 minute walk from the boardwalk that runs along the ocean front. The neighborhood is very quiet and a great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle.

What makes this property unique

The house features a balcony off the family and dining rooms as well as a rooftop deck with expansive views of the mountains and the ocean. It's near many hiking trails, restaurants, wineries and shops. We're also 10 minutes south of Hearst Castle.
