Adorable newly renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment just a short (5 minute) drive to white sandy beaches! Enjoy your own private patio overlooking the lake or take a quick drive/bike ride/walk to the beach!

Apartment is part of a duplex with NEW Furniture, appliances, household items, luxury mattresses (SUPPORT, CERTIPUR US CERTIFIED, High Density Foams with green tea cooling ), etc. Fresh new paint and ready for season. Fully equipped modern kitchen (no dishwasher) with stainless steel appliances and Kuerig coffee maker; FAST WI-FI and fully renovated bathroom with shower.

PARKING for up to 3 cars. This is a private unit in a duplex building. The entire lot consist of 2 buildings that each have a duplex. Each unit has their own private yard. At the rear of the property is a lake so you can enjoy the view. There is ample free parking and free laundry machines that are first come first serve.

Close to everything. - Delnor Wiggins State Park, Vanderbilt Beach, Ritz Carlton, Trader Joe's, Publix, lots of shopping and dining.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any violation will result in User(s) being charged an additional fee of $500.00.

The Smart Thermostats are hard set to the range of 69-78f. Guests can control to their desired temperature in that range. We must comply to the local power company's recommendations to avoid blackouts and freezings to the AC unit. This is the ideal recommended temperature for our humid coastal beach climate.

Clean grills with brush after use and turn off all burners and the valve to the gas tank. Keep doors and windows closed to prevent high A/C bills.
