A well appointed home in quiet neighborhood that easily accommodates 8 people, right on the edge of village of Bolton Landing. Walk to wonderful town beach, restaurants, shops, museum, library. Perfect for families who want the flexibility of walking 'into town'. Such a fun, casual village on the shores of Lake George that offers free music and free movies in the park during the summer. Swimming and tennis lessons, arts and crafts and sports camps available all summer long. Great hiking, kayaking and all water sports and fishing. So much going on in Bolton Landing and environs. Four bedrooms, master bedroom (Queen) and 2 full baths on ground level, 3 bedrooms on second floor-(2 Queens and 2 twin beds) and full bath plus TV loft area. Great place to relax with family and friends.

Location is perfect!

We’ve stayed multiple times and will be back! House is big enough for 8 people. Everyone has their own space. Walk to Bolton and the beach. Kate is very responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back!

Labor Day Stay...

Location was perfect, the house was clean, we spent minimal time in the house but it was comfortable while we were there. Great place for the money.

Great location

Perfect spot for a quiet 4th of July week with the family. Close enough to beaches and downtown to walk but removed enough from the strip for peace and privacy. Only complaint is the kids got freaked out by a huge grasshopper looking bug in the bathroom but other than that it was a very clean property. Would stay there again.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful vacation in Lake George! The property was close enough to the main lake area without being overwhelmed by general tourism. The walkability to the quaint Bolton Landing downtown area was a pleasant surprise. We spent many evenings walking into town for ice cream or a walk through the shops. The bedrooms had more beds than we thought and this allowed the kids to stay together in a larger room. We encountered an issue with the water heater which the owner quickly tended to and resolved. Overall, a good experience!
