The space
This is a beautiful vacation home with 3 bedrooms (2 queens, and 2 full size bunk beds with a twin size trundle) with a large outdoor patio area and pool. The back of the home has 6 sets of sliding glass doors and sliding glass windows from the kitchen, so you can enjoy indoor/outdoor living at its finest.

Location:
- in a peaceful residential neighborhood in SE Cape Coral
- Just off Del Prado Blvd and Veterans Parkway, where you will find lots of restaurants, bars and shopping.
- Easy access to Fort Myers historic downtown, Fort Myers beach, Sanibel & Captiva and beyond.

Living area:
As you enter the home through the beautiful double front doors, you walk into the family and dining room and immediately feel a sense of peace. To your right is a comfortable family room equipped with a 60” Smart TV, comfortable seating area, and a dedicated desk area for when you need to work from home or home school. To your left is a dining room with seating for 6 to eat your homecooked meals after long days in the sun!

Kitchen:
Accessed from the living area and dining area, this newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with all the major appliances, as well as many smaller ones, including a blender for those healthy morning smoothies (or cocktails!), a toaster, hand mixer & coffee maker. There is plenty of dinnerware, silverware and pots and pans to create home cooked meals.
The coffee bar should satisfy all coffee lover's needs with a Nespresso machine and a traditional Mr. Coffee Grind and Brew. There is nothing better than enjoying your morning coffee inside the screened in lanai looking for dolphins or manatees that swim by on occasion.

The kitchen is so bright & airy with sliding glass doors everywhere that access the screened in pool and living space. It also includes a sliding glass window to pass beverages or food out to the pool. The kitchen has an open concept to the den which has a large, leather sectional and a 32" smart TV that can access all your popular streaming apps, such a Netflix, Prime video, Youtube TV, Disney Plus etc.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom is on the right side of the house and has a queen size bed, 55” smart TV, a walk in closet and private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are glass sliding doors with direct access to the patio and pool area. Keep the windows open and watch a movie from the outdoor living space.

On the other side of the house are 2 more bedrooms: one of the bedrooms has a queen size bed with direct access to the screened in pool area and the other bedroom has 2 bunk beds complete with full size beds and a twin size trundle to accommodate larger family gatherings. All bedrooms have smart TVs and closets, with dressers and plenty of space for clothes and luggage storage. These two bedrooms are separated with a Jack and Jill bathroom with dual vanities. There is a separate toilet and tub/shower area that can also be accessed from the kitchen. The linen closet in the bathroom has all the spare towels and beach towels you will need for your entire family.

Other Rooms:
The laundry room has a washer and dryer with a starter amount of laundry products and cleaning products in here. The vacuum, broom, and ironing board are in the poolside bedroom closet. The third bedroom closet also has multiple air mattresses, if needed


Outside space:
There is a large patio area with outdoor dining (seating 8) and conversational seating.

The outdoor chefs will love the grill as you can cook up a feast and still be in the midst of sociable conversation with everyone.

Out by the pool, you will find a container filled with pool floats, noodles, goggles, diving toys, and children bumper boats. There is a full size basketball hoop in the shallower side of the pool complete with multiple basketballs. We’d really appreciate it if you could keep all pool toys out of the pool except when they are being used. There is also an inflatable pump.

The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

Guests will have full access to the property, pool area, and yard. There is parking for multiple cars on the driveway.

Other things to note
Please inquire BEFORE booking about pets. We will consider hypoallergenic pets, but due to allergies, we can’t have shedding breeds within the house. There is a $200 pet fee.

The pool does not have a barrier and there are sliding glass doors everywhere, so children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor areas.

We have cameras outside the front and back doors for security purposes only.
