Just about everything in Rockaway Beach is within an easy walk of this comfortable, colorful home, ideally just three short blocks from the heart of town. Cafes and restaurants, classic sweet shops, the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad, groceries and other conveniences, and the beautiful beach are all less than a quarter-mile stroll from your front door.

This two-story home is a place for swimming, boogie boarding, and beachcombing by day, with a fleet of beach chairs and towels provided for your use. By night, you'll have a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits, an electric fireplace to take off the brisk ocean chill, and a selection of board games to play in the living area or around the dining room table.

Begin each morning with a mug of coffee on the deck off the primary bedroom and a hearty breakfast prepared with stainless steel kitchen appliances. End each evening streaming movies via Roku in the living room or one of the bedrooms. Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
