Fatal treatment by the administrator

The area in which it is located is very nice but not worth it, since we arrived my husband and I was very complicated to access the apartment, the instructions are not clear, we arrived at the apartment and we were surprised that we could not access the amenities that had it seems that the code was disabled, the floor was dirty and we had to clean it, a lot of waste from previous guests, if you want to stress instead of resting this is the right place, the administrator was extremely rude to me, ask for explanation of absolutely everything for example; she questioned me because I used sheets, unreal! The TV control had no batteries, there is no washing machine and on top of everything she got upset at the time I asked her to come in for something I forgot to do.
