This beautiful, open floor plan condo has the BEST ocean view!

WAKE UP TO SUNRISE, ENJOY SUNSETS AND CHILL BY THE OCEANBREEZE

21 st floor with Private Balcony- perfect for dolphin watch and 180-degree sandy coastline views!

This unique place has a style all its own.

Upon walking into the condo, you immediately are taken away by the sliding glass doors to the balcony that has the perfect view of the entire beach.
This unit can sleep up to 4 people with 1 Queen Size bed and 1 Full-Size Pull-out Couch.

The 21st floor is ideal because of the great views and you're high enough to not be bothered by all the noises from the pool.

We will provide everything that you might need in the kitchen with a full-size fridge/freezer, stove, sink, and dishwasher.
The kitchen comes stocked with utensils, coffee maker, and much more.

A full set of bath towels, sheets, and blankets are also provided.

The Palace Resort has fabulous amenities such as direct beach access,
2 outdoor oceanfront pools, 4 hot tubs, lazy river, steam room, sauna, exercise room, arcade, laundry room, complimentary wifi, restaurant and bar, and free secure parking in the resorts parking garage.

Our condo is NOT part of their onsite-rental program and daily maid service is NOT included.

Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and that can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. Parking is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow lots during the busiest times. Trailers cannot be parked in the resort's lots or parking deck.
