Two double beds in room with extra mattress. Sofa bed in living room. Two televisions with NET (cable). The living room TV is 42 'LCD with DVD player.
Air conditioning (Split) and ceiling fans in bedroom and living room.
American kitchen and planned closets with everything in perfect condition. Water filter (Europe), stove, refrigerator and dishwasher inox
Beach service with umbrella and 4 chairs. Daily maid service in the apartment.
Covered with heated pool, sauna, excercise room, and squash court.
Wireless internet in the games room.
Two parking spaces, Apartment is on the 6th. floor

Eu e minha família estivemos no Flat do dia:09 a 12/01/2020, e foi sensacional, o local é espelho do anúncio, tudo bem arrumado, agradável, acolhedor, tudo bem funcional, limpo, adoramos e voltaremos em breve. Fomos bem atendidos pelo pessoal da administração, local próximo a praia, comércio,padarias, Shopping etc. Estava precisando relaxar devido ao estress diário e voltei renovado para casa. Agradeço a atenção da proprietária e quero parabenizá-la pelo Flat. Vou indicar a amigos, foi sensacional.

Ótima acomodação! Muito fiel as fotos mostradas. É bem equipado, os ventiladores de teto estão bem fracos, porém os ar condicionados em perfeito funcionamento. Equipe de funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos, e a localização é um show a parte, excelente! Ficamos em 2 casais por um fim de semana e assim que possível voltaremos sem dúvidas.

Apartamento aconchegante , moderno , muito agradável. Fácil localização , muito próximo a "PRAIA" e vários outros estabelecimentos comercias o que facilitou o passeio a noite , sem precisar tirar o carro da garagem. Restaurante com café da manhã , praticamente no térreo do Flat , muito prático. Serviço de praia disponível com ótimo atendimento. Recomendo a outros , voltaremos outras vezes.

Tive a oportunidade de voltar ao flat e passei dias maravilhosos na semana do carnaval. Como sempre, o imóvel estava todo organizado. O imóvel é aconchegante e possui cômodos bem distribuídos...o que trás maior praticidade ao utilizá-lo. Voltarei assim que possível !

Adoramos! O imovel é uma graça, bem limpinho e organizado! Tem panelas e outras coisas q usamos no dia a dia e mtas vezes esquecemos d levar pra praia. A única coisa ruim foram os elevadores q não estavam funcionando. Um funcionava as vezes. Exceto isso, nota 10.
