Looking for a quiet place to relax, fish, play on the water? This property is for you! Located on beautiful Elbow Lake, only minutes to the heart of Battle Lake. Enjoy our peaceful, rustic property. There is something for the entire family. Elbow Lake has clean, clear water with a sandy bottom. We have a level lake lot, so no stairs to climb down to the water. Waterfront sand play area, fire pit and a flat yard for fun and games. Small exercise area in the basement. Gorgeous lake views from all levels of the home, plenty of places to enjoy spectacular sunsets. Living areas on main level and in the basement. Smart TV in main level living area. There is no AC, but there are multiple fans if needed. Full kitchen amenities but no dishwasher. Washer/Dryer in the basement. Available for use: yard games, 2 adult kayaks, 1 child size kayak, 1 paddle board, water inflatables. July, August & October dates available!

Numerous activities in the area: Glendalough State park is just a few miles away, enjoy a stroll on the Battle Lake Walking Trail, look no further than the back yard to see multiple different birds and wildlife, Phelps Mill is a short drive, Inspiration Peak for hiking, the list goes on and on. If fishing is what you are after, there are too many lakes in the area to count, or fish until your heart is content, right here on Elbow Lake!

Fabulous place

The lake house was exactly as listed. We enjoyed our stay. Our kids said they wouldn’t have changed a thing. They went out on the kayaks, swimming in the clear water, learned to play croquet and laughed eating s’mores around the campfire. Plenty of room for more then six with all the couches and floor space. The town had a farmers market, cute restaurants, a brewery had live music and the museum was great. I am glad we stayed here and will again! Thank you

Our stay

The lake was great. The kids enjoyed the sand part and the swimming area. Lake was very quiet and peaceful. The kayaks were a great addition to the water fun. Close drive to town. Pulling up to the property was a little shocking- house was covered from top to bottom with spider webs including all the windows, extension cord in the yard and solar lights tipped over. Not appealing to pull up to. 2 of the beds weren’t made up. Basement has a damp musty smell. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils but oven was very dirty, first time we used it the smoke alarm went off, the grill needed to be cleaned also, dirty sponge at the sink. Overall though we had a good stay at the property and Meredith was kind and had good communication. We enjoyed the lake view and location but some of the cleanliness was not close to what we expected.
