Just OK

A shoddy, quickly done flip. So many floor levels, not one door installed correctly - so none shut, without a lot of effort and Noise. Check in was a nightmare, but after a lot of stress, we were able to enter the property. They have a gnat infestation and a peculiar smell throughout the property. All that aside, we did sleep well enough, and it served the purpose for a place to land while in town for a wedding. Communication with property owner was none existent. He claimed it was the rental property’s concern. If we would have encountered a problem, I think we would have been sunk.

Good, but...

The house itself was just right for what we needed - once we got in. Check in was a mess. I received a phone call with 2 codes, as there are two exterior doors. Upon arrival, neither code worked in either door. After being on hold for 35 mins, I finally spoke to someone who was just as confused as I was. No code she gave worked. While I was on hold, I called the "local contact" that the property management company had provided me with - who said she hadn't worked for them in some time. She gave me the number for the homeowner. Upon arrival, HE couldn't get in. Luckily another code was magically found by the rep on the phone, which worked for one door. So, over an hour after arriving to the property, we were finally in. The beds were comfy, house was spacious but very obvious that it was a super quick reno job. None of the interior doors were hung properly, so we either couldn't shut the doors or could - if we wanted to wake the entire house due to the door being slammed shut/open. Floors were wonky, wouldn't suggest for anyone with mobility issues. However, it did the job for us. We all slept well and were able to re-energize for our long days of work. Your management company needs refining, for sure. For starters, figure out the correct entry codes and maybe know who you employ in each city!
