Why Dana chose Historic Lahaina Front Street
Why did we buy here? Let me answer that question with some questions of my own: Wanna dip your toes in the ocean? It is right there! About 20 paces off the patio. Wanna surf without having to load the board in the car and drive? There are various distinct surf breaks right at the condo association shoreline. Wanna enjoy some quick food and/or beverages? Then walk, ride a bike or drive into Lahaina town: about 1 mile from condo grounds gate. There are 2 bikes available for you at the condo. Wanna BBQ? Then enjoy your own Weber grill right on your own patio. These are all the reasons we bought here. High rises are not our thing. In fact we prefer the ground floorl town house arrangement to being held captive on a balcony. Being off the beach is OK but we like hearing the ocean. The Big Island is about driving and driving. Oahu is about density. Kauai is a little too quiet. Lanai is dead. Maui is just right.
What makes this Condo unique
We specialize in 30+ day leases for off season rentals. Our unit is a premium unit especially set up for long stays. Stuff like HD TV with DVR recorder for you favorite shows. Its got a small office with a scanner/fax/printer for use with your computer. It has secure WIFI. Lockable guest storage for your luggage and valuables. The place has been renovated top to bottom; every room. It features a wonderful kitchen, large lanai (patio) and a huge balcony. We manage the unit directly. We do a pre-travel phone call to go over things with EACH AND EVERY new customer. Because we employ contract services and a local care taker, our rates are usually much better than the competition.

The vrbo cancellation policy is "strict" but please read the rental agreement. The lease agreement contains the owner's cancellation policy.
Maximum occupancy is 8 people DAY OR NIGHT. At night owner prefers no more than 6 adults with 8 total overnight. No dinner parties over 8 people.

The property was fantastic! Very clean. Cupboards were labeled which made it very easy to find stuff in the kitchen. Excellent communication and postings everywhere. Awesome recommendations of what to do as well. My new favorite is Fleetwood's thanks to Dana! Great place for kids. Awesome to have air conditioning in the rooms. Super quiet. Couldn't recommend enough!!

This property was absolutely amazing! Perfect for families, perfect quiet location, great ocean front property where we enjoyed breakfast nearly every day on the patio. I could not have asked for a better place to stay for the 7 of us.
The only slight frustration was the communication with the owner, she was very responsive. However just not very kind or, understanding. For example, when you check in you have to register your vehicles, according to the office some owners add that in with the reservation and others don’t. This owner does not, truly not a big deal. Unfortunately for us the first two days we were there was running around crazy trying to get things finished for my parents vow renewal/wedding they were having. I completely forgot the first day (not intentional) the second day I asked my dad to do it on his to the wedding venue. He forgot.. but he called the owner and left a VM, she never acknowledged. When I texted about it, she was not very kind or understanding. In fact her texts to me were very rude and demeaning. I get it, it was my fault. However we did get it done, we did pay for the whole time, and I wasn’t just being a flake. Things happen.. I was disappointed in the rudeness.
But, if you can expect that, and overlook it. This is a great property!
I am glad you and family had a good time and appreciated the location. Unfortunately I do not make the condo association parking rules. Everyone is required to register their car with the office upon arrival. Everyone. I make this clear when you book and then again before you arrive. In your case Jenna, it was 6 days in before you registered. This leaves me just passing on the "please register" messages from the condo front office to you. Don't shoot the messenger!

Great Getaway in the Heart of Lahaina
This place was lovely on the inside. It was very clean and had updated decor. The access to the shops was excellent and it was a short walk to the waterfront. The beaches are a little further and would require a car.
Whale watch from unit in the winter. Let the kids play on beach while mom and dad watch from the patio, walk/bike into town for fun.
