About this property

Welcome to The Lido House! We are a week long (7 nights) rental from June through August and cannot accommodate shorter reservations during the summer. Second row with beach access just steps away. This traditional H floor plan beach house is perfect for family gatherings, is super kid friendly and centrally located between Surf City and Topsail Beach. Recently renovated with brand new floors, paint, dishes, cookware and furnishings, you’ll be more than comfortable for your vacation. Our home sleeps 10, maybe 11, if someone is happy to sleep on the single sleeper chair. Otherwise, you’ll find two king bedrooms, a full bedroom and a bunk room, with two full sized bunks.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, we are a 7 night rental.
