About this property

This beautiful cottage is part of the Beach Dreams Community and has it all. The cottage is situated in a great location which has a view of the woods and is away from traffic yet close enough to the pool and clubhouse. It boasts top of line appliances, granite countertops, hard wood floors, and is decorated with a soft green color throughout the cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances and even has a Jenn-Air indoor grill and a place to steam your Maine lobsters!
This charming cottage sleeps six people and has three gueen beds which includes a pull out coach in the living room. The bathroom has a granite sink and is spacious. The layout is a bit unigue with two sliders out to a sunny enclosed porch. This makes for a great eating area after a day at the beach or pool! this cottage is one not to be missed!
Beach Dreams is a beautiful community located on 43 acres of land. It has a large main pool area at the Clubhouse with a hot tub and kiddie pool. There ia a smaller pool area in the back of the property. There are several other amenities including tennis and bocce courts, a state of the art gym, and wireless interent access.
It is located about 1 mile from Moody Beach and there is a Trolley stop right in front of Beach Dreams that will take you to other area beaches and towns. There is so much to do in this area! There is excellent fishing, biking, boating & kayaking, beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, quaint shops and some of the nicest people you will meet.

Great Stay

This is a great cottage. The beach is a short drive. The cottage is cute with a beach theme. My family and I would stay again. Bishops are great hosts. Thank you!

Great little cottage for our family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was nicely located near the pool and in a quiet corner of the Beach Dreams property. The only areas that we felt could use improvement were the TV and there not being an outdoor grill. The indoor grill was difficult to cook on because even with the overhead ventilation fan and the downdraft on the kitchen/living area became Smokey. An outdoor grill would have been much appreciated. The TV is dated and we fought with it daily to get it working. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

Beach Dreams Cottage

Beach Dreams is awesome for adults and kids. The pools are awesome, and it is really close to the beach! The cottage is as described and worked well for the six of us (four adults - two children). We had a few hiccups on the first day, no key in the door to get in and had to reach out to the office to get in touch with owner. - Emily in the office was awesome! Once we did get in the cleaning crew had not arrived. When we spoke to Bob the owner about it he was very apologetic and searched for a cleaning crew, however, wasn't able to get anyone until the next day. At that point we just cleaned it ourselves as all the cleaning things needed were in the cottage and it was a minor inconvenience. He also provided us a partial refund for the inconveniences endured on the first day. From then on there were no issues, except the TV, it is outdated, and we spent several hours trying to get it to work, but as we said, we are not hear on vacation to watch TV. Our week at the cottage was great and we enjoyed our time. Thank you, Bob, for working with us. We plan to be back to Beach Dreams!

Poor communication from Owner and dirty cottage

Twice before my stay I emailed the host...NEVER responded. Then I got stuck at the gate because he NEVER communicated the access code!!! Seemed that I was the 1st renter of the season...lamps were unplugged, I had to move furniture to plug them in. Had hair left in a bowl, papers on the floor and had to spray the mattress with Lysol to get rid of the urine stains/smell. They updated the kitchen, but it seems they have done nothing else to keep the cottage updated as evidenced by a OLD 19" CRT TV.
