Best Stressless Vacation 4 U- Condo on Lake Tarpon

This is a beautiful one bedroom unit at 'Lake Tarpon Villas' Condominium.
During high season Sept.1st to April 30st we rent only minimum one week starting on Saturdays or Sundays. Please contact us to provide more days available then the calendar posted. We do have 2 more units, so check with us availability please.
Units has a bathroom with shower and bath tub, spacious living room with a sofa that opens in a queen bed and all have king bed in the master bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped , a Florida room(enclosed balcony) with water view ,a fantastic place to drink your coffee, read a book or just relax and also has an open balcony facing parking lot . Very clean and equipped with everything you need for a stressless and pleasant vacation. The washer and dryer are located by the community club house few steps away .( it is a pay laundry room). No need to bring beach towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella for a day in the sun. Consider it a home away from home. The complex is surrounded by water and boardwalks.Parking lot convenient assigned close to the front door. This particular unit is accessed by a small flight of stairs, it is on the 2nd floor (the complex is no higher) .Fully furnished in a lagoon like setting on fresh water lake excellent for fishing, boating and water ski. It is smoke , vaping and pets free. NO illegal substances inside the unit or on the common grounds of the community.

Full payment has to be receive 90 days in advance. Security deposit is USD 300( in order to reserve the unit ). Upon your departure, if the unit is left the same way it was when you arrived, clean and no missing items, damages, full deposit amount will be reimburse to you few days after you leave.
If you golf, or play tennis, enjoy playing across the street at world class Innisbrook Resort. Lots of other golf courses around, free public tennis courts .Biking is ideal on the trail from Tarpon Springs all the way to St. Petersburg. Wall Spring Park offers a lot to do or just have a BBQ enjoying the birds, fishing etc.
Chestnut Park and Anderson Parks on 2,534 acre Lake Tarpon are only a few minutes away. Howard park, Sunset Beach, Honeymoon Island, just few minutes away. Highly recommended a trip just 30 min. away for a cool kayaking day. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Carabas, Greek town, Chilies, Long Horn, Codys, and so many others . Grocery stores, Wall Mart, Publix, Walgreen's and few local fresh market very closed to the unit. Lake Tarpon is one of the top 10 bass lakes in Florida and features lakeside picnic tables and grills, playgrounds and an excellent boat ramps. Golf, bicycle, picnic, shop, dine out, or just relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset over the water.
NOTE:Rental *Renters of this home appreciate the 'Smoke Free','No pets' policy WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. We love pets but have learned not to stay in motels, hotels or rental homes where they are allowed. Also be aware, the community has strict rules about pets.(numbers of pets and size)

Old Florida Charm

Excellent condo for a couple or single person. Mari was an exceptional host. Well apportioned furniture, new fixtures and appliances. Right on channel of Tarpon Lake. Been to Tarpon many times- this was the best place yet!! Oh and mattress and pillows were very high quality. Stress Less is appropriately named.

Perfect location for fun in the sun!

The condo was clean and updated. Mari was great to work with and very accommodating. We were able to park our boat at a slip just outside our window, that we kept open the whole stay and it was so relaxing listening to the palm fronds sway in the cool breeze. We look forward to staying again!

We arrived to find the property was exactly as advertised, which is always a pleasant surprise. The condo is located just off the main road, but it feels very secluded. The accomodations were very comfortable and the location was very quiet. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive. We would like to come back there again in the future.

Wonderful time

We had a lovely stay! Our host was so thoughtful and generous to add many little touches to make the stay convenient. She even checked in on us by text to be sure everything was ok. Everything within her control she had in perfect order to ensure a pleasant stay. Within 10-15min of delicious restaurants and beaches.

Fabulous

After reviewing several property options my boyfriend and I chose this one and we are so glad we did. This condo was well kept and extra clean. The location is great. Perfect for a couples get away. Everything we needed inside for the wk including beach essentials. Mari the owner was absolutely wonderful from the beginning with quick response time, details and suggestions all the way to the end. She checked on us while there and provided any and everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property to any couple. I look forward to returning and renting again.

Great villa for 2

The villa was just as advertised. Very clean. You couldn't ask for anything else. I did feel the cabinets were a little over done with dishes, etc. leaving no shelf space for any food and supplies. Mari was very helpful yet not intrusive into your space. She had many suggestions on places to go. She was always available if you needed anything. Would recommend the villa but be forewarned it is a very busy area after you leave the property.

AMAZING Get Away from Northeast to Tropical Paradise!

We have rented several times through VRBO, and Mari's condo is one of the best experiences we have ever had! She is by far the best VRBO owner we have ever worked with. The communication leading up to the trip was fantastic and she even met us upon arrival to give us an overview of the condo and information about the area. She resides in the condo right next door, which is great in case you need anything. However, you'll find that you won't need to ask for anything, as she has thought of everything for her guests! Beach chairs, towels, fishing poles, kitchen supplies, etc. The condo is clean and well maintained. It is located in a small condo association, so you are an easy walk to the pool area. The complex is built on canals leading to Lake Tarpon, and the back screened in porch overlooks one of the canals. We pulled the table that is on the porch to the window each morning to enjoy our coffee. While sipping, we watched the boats, marine birds and the largest soft shell turtle we have ever seen swimming about. The boardwalk that surrounds the complex is fun to walk on. Loved the location too! Set back off of Rte. 19, it is quiet, yet close to everything. Easy drive to grocery store and only about 10-15 minutes to anywhere you want to go...beaches, Tarpon Springs, etc. It was a very busy week in Florida and we were grateful to be away from the crowds at this very homey location! Also, bed in master is so comfy, we slept late each morning. Our teen son said the queen pull out was the most comfortable one he has had on vacation. Overall, a great experience. If you're lucky enough to find the condo available, don't hesitate to rent or we may beat you to it!

highly recommended.perfect unit for great vacation

We spent two weeks of real vacation in this beautiful clean condo in a perfect location . We appreciate the quality of everything inside the unit , from the high end quality towels to comfy bed and sheets . Helpful to mention that everything we needed for Florida activities was provided. This was a plus for us in order not to travel with beach towels, beach chairs, parasol or cooler to take with us at the beach. Excellent experience to reserve , access, relax , and enjoy this condo. We recommend it and we are going to have another vacation in this unit. At the owner recommendations , we enjoyed spending time at Howard Park, Sunset Beach, Anderson Park, Honey Moon Island etc. We spent one full day at Clearwater Beach, had a great breakfast at a local restaurant( had a coupon in the condo ) and finished the day with a long walk in Dunedin . One day we went to Weeki Wachee Springs Park. We rented a kayak and had a great day in the sun swimming in the crystal clear water. We saw manatees and it was a delight to ride along with them. We highly recommend the park for the kids also, with all the mermaid shows and river boat ride. Also, the owner recommended us to have dinner at Mystique Fish, which we loved ( we had to call for a reservation). Last but not least, we have to mention the pool, the hot tub and the tranquility of the complex. Very clean , all well maintained . Almost all the time we spend time at the pool , we did not have to share with anyone, so , it was a pleasure for us to just relax , read and lay in the sun on the comfortable lounge chairs , or hide from the sun under the big umbrellas. We returned home, after sharing our great vacation experience and showing pics to our friends, they decided to book their honey-moon in this unit.

Amazing property owner

I was having to get in late due to delays in flights and the property manager was communicative with me the whole time. Excellent service all around and I will be staying here again the next time I’m in Tampa.

My wife and I stayed 3 weeks in the condo with the balcony that's not enclosed. The complex is small and quiet. It is located just off highway 19, which makes it easy to get places. The bed was comfortable. Wifi worked great. Pool area is very nice. Beach chairs/umbrella/towels and a cooler were appreciated amenities. (We went to 3 beaches. Our favorite was Frank Howard Park which is 5 1/2 miles from the condo.) Marie was easy to deal with, and promptly answered any questions we had. We would d stay here again.

Perfect for two of us

The condo was a good size for the two of us and had everything we needed. Was very convenient to a main road that made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Made use of the wifi most every night and the cooler most every day. Appreciated the cooler being there. Ate out on the deck looking over the water a couple of times. Mari was welcoming and helpful, thank you.
