About this property

We built our Casita / ADU at the end of 2022. It is little jewel box, designed by a LA architect and custom built to maximize the space. Our place is in the heart of Los Feliz with great restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores in walking distance and yet once you step on the property it feels like a tranquil slice of heaven. The place is warm feeling and restful. Great hiking in Griffith Park, close to Los Feliz Flea market (Saturdays) and lots of to do nearby.
