The loft is located in the up and coming art district, Mid Town! This unique and inspiring space is located on the second floor of an artsy building adorned with captivating modern art murals on its exterior, reminiscent of the iconic Wynwood Miami art district. The entire building serves as a creative haven for Micro Entrepreneurs seeking a nurturing space to bring their business ideas to life, making it a true cultural center for art, creativity, and innovation in the industrial side of downtown Fort Myers, FL. The building is gated and offers a large shared parking lot with two security cameras monitoring the lot and two cameras on the loft emergency side stairwell. There are outside community events in the parking different months, depending on the tenants.
