The Spacious Haven located at West 27th, near a residential neighborhood is known as Dunbar-Southlands. It is a family-friendly area with a mix of single-family homes, parks, and local amenities.
The Space:
Spacious Haven is a generously sized house, spanning 2215 square feet, with four bedrooms, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, or large gatherings. The ground floor houses a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a restroom, and a shower room.
It also features two living areas; one situated at the rear of the house with the kitchen at the front, and a backyard. The upper floor contains the other three bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom comes with ensuite bathroom.

Full Kitchen great for meal preparations is equipped with refrigerator, cookware, dining ware, refrigerator, gas stove w/ oven, electric kettle, toaster, microwave for heating food and also dishwasher.
1 - First living room with a comfortable sofa set is located at the main entrance which is spacious enough for small gatherings.
2- Secondary living room, which is adjacent to the kitchen, has a backdoor that opens to the backyard. This room is large enough for indoor activities such as watching TV, reading, and relaxing. It also includes a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two people.
The house features a large and attractive backyard, perfect for leisure activities and children's play.
Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the suite that you booked and will not share it with any other guests. However, outside areas, such as the entrance, and any common spaces, may be shared with other residents in the property.
Instructions with a unique access code for the smart lock to access the suite will be provided once the booking is confirmed.
The Neighborhood:
The area around the property is a residential neighborhood known as Dunbar-Southlands. It is a family-friendly area with a mix of single-family homes, parks, and local amenities. Nearby attractions include Pacific Spirit Regional Park, Dunbar Community Centre, and several schools such as St. George's School and Lord Byng Secondary School. The area also offers various dining and shopping options along Dunbar Street. Overall, it's a peaceful and charming neighborhood with a strong sense of community.
Getting Around:
Getting around the vicinity is easy. Uber and taxis are available. The area is accessible to nearby coffee shops, bars and pubs, Japanese restaurants, local restaurants, a market, and drug stores

Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.
Please ensure that you complete the verification form prior to your check-in date to avoid any automatic cancellation by the system. Thank you for your cooperation!
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.
3. Please note that there is a tenant occupying the basement suite of the property. It has a separate entrance and does not share spaces with guests renting the main and upper suites.
Extra Service information details:
1. Early Check-In:
Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.
2. Late Check-Out:
Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
