State of the art

It is amazing how a third floor space has been updated so well in an old home. Space is just as shown with state the art appliances. Entrance was sketchy but once in, it was good and right off campus.

Mice

My friend and I were wanting to take a quick break before school started and we thought this would be a great place to relax instead, we were faced with mice in a property that wasn't shown in the listing. Although the actual unit was nicely renovated, the sheets and pillow cases were stained and had hair all over them and there was a mouse running around. We tried contacting the property manager and till today, we still haven't gotten a response. We decided not to stay any longer. We would really appreciate a refund for all our troubles
