New construction 1 story duplex that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms per unit. Open concept living area, half kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and 2 car parking space. Two bedrooms features a Queen size bed while the other bedroom features 2 twin beds. In addition, we have an air mattress in our closet for additional guest. You'll love the centrally located property and its proximity to all of Houston's major attractions.

Only 15 minutes away from several popular entertainment areas including downtown Houston, the Galleria, Bayou Place, and many more exciting places.

There is a designated parking in front of the duplex. Host will not be on site during the stay buy can easily be reached via email or text. Stay and play in the heart of Houston! This property has a keyless door that will allow guest to gain access to the property in advance. If guest want to access the property before check-in, it will be an additional $50 charge.

Fresh, Clean and New

Our stay was great, the house was very fresh, clean, and new. It was as described on listing. It had everything we needed for our two week stay. It was only 10-12 mins from medical plaza. Anytime I had a question, the property management was very quick to respond with answer. Because we were there for the two weeks there's only two things I wish it had for that long of stay, an eating area and washer and dryer. (I knew when booking it did not have this.) Overall great place and great price!
