This custom-built home offers splendid sound and ocean views from every level! An elevator will swiftly take you to all levels within the house in the blink of an eye. The welcoming main living area is located on the third level, offering a bright and airy spot that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, gorgeous white cabinetry, marble countertops, a big stainless steel farmhouse sink, and a microwave drawer in the island. Prepare exquisite homemade meals for the group and then unwind in the sunny living area, furnished with comfy sofas throughout and a substantial 75-inch smart TV with streaming and cable services. Enjoy a partially covered deck with two wooden chairs, a wicker couch, and two lounge chairs. This floor also enjoys a primary suite with deck access, a 65-inch smart TV, and an en suite bathroom. The second floor features three additional bedrooms and a covered deck with two wooden chairs and two lounge chairs. Every bedroom has access to the terrace with spectacular sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the sound. All bedrooms have a TV, cable, streaming services, WiFi, and USB chargers.

Outside, the home offers an enclosed backyard with a gas grill, firepit, an outdoor shower, a wooden table and four wicker chairs on a stone patio, and two hanging wicker chairs and two Adirondack chairs on the lawn at the firepit. Additional perks include a supply of six beach chairs, eight beach towels, a cabana, an umbrella, sand toys, and a beach wagon, as well as a private washer/dryer.

Nearby activities and attractions include beach activities, golf, putt-putt golf, fishing kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, Turtle Rescue, Seaview Fishing Pier, deep sea fishing, restaurants, and shops.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
