An enchanting guesthouse with 2 fully furnished bedrooms and a full bathroom plus a lovely porch with breathtaking views! Furnished with medium size fridge, microwave & coffee maker. The guesthouse is an independent part of a latger structure so nothing is shared between the two. There is no KITCHEN or LIVING-ROOM.The location is 5-10 minutes lovely drive to best beaches and resorts in Orange County. Come here to relax and unwind. Very quiet, charming and safe. Bargain price. Two rooms for price of one. Plenty of free Street parking available. No parking on the premises. If a child is older than 2 book as an extra guest. If the number of the guests including children is different from the number of guests booked, you will lose your reservation without refund. Please be accurate!

Great Views and Comfortable Stay

The contact with Owner was amazing. He was available to great us and provided us with snacks and drinks in the property. I will definitely be going back.

Sketchy rental

The “kitchenette”was only a hotel refrigerator and microwave. Mugs and wine glasses were provided, but no way to wash them. Only water was in bathroom sink. There was no soap or body wash in the shower. Extra toilet paper had to be requested. Manager was very nice and prompt with requests. I felt like we were the first guests that have stayed there. Pleasant patio area with great view of golf course.
