The kitchen is equipped with 5 burner stove top, double ovens, dishwasher and waste disposal. Also included are a large micro-wave, large crock pot, coffee pot, electric teapot, 4-slice toaster, rice cooker, blender, hot air popcorn popper, stainless steel cookware, many bowls, serving dishes, vases and place settings for approximately 40.

The large living room and family room open through glass french doors to the private patios with foliage-covered walls, which in addition to dining has an outdoor shaded living room, a small lawn. This fluid indoor/outdoor environment easily hosts gatherings of 60+ people.

Parqhouse is directly across the street from tennis courts and the park and provides equipment for tennis, volleyball, kickball, football, soccer, badminton, horse shoes, lawn darts, kite-flying and biking. A full complement of picnic accessories from tables, chairs and grill to tableware allow for total enjoyment of the outside patios.
