This deluxe valley house is centrally located in an upscale quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and multiple living areas. Awesome game/entertainment room with pool table, full size arcade console with over 400 games, 85-inch smart TV, sound bar, and concession area. This house has 2 bedrooms upstairs and a shared bathroom. Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms - A master bedroom with a stand-alone tub and huge bathroom. In addition, there is a mini master bedroom with a queen bed plus futon that will accommodate small children, a desk area workspace, and a full bathroom. Another living area downstairs with fireplace and smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Full laundry room with washer and dryer. Blackstone griddle available for cooking outside. Parking for up to 2 vehicles in oversized garage! Garage also has plug for Tesla.
