The SAMÁN apartment is located in a central neighborhood of the city of Medellin, one street away you will find a shopping mall with different restaurants from morning to evening hours. Just 1 block away you will find a market where you can stock up for your meals inside the apartment.
We are only 5 minutes away from the Atanasio Girardot soccer stadium and the main recreation and sports area of the city.
We are close to the events center La Macarena, where different events and concerts take place. We are also located only 15 minutes away from the most important events and conventions center of the city, PLAZA MAYOR.
Walking you can reach the famous CALLE 70, a boulevard just 8 minutes away, where you will find restaurants, bars and nightclubs to enjoy the city.
You will be only 6 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking from one of the most popular gastronomic areas of the city of Medellin, located in the Laureles neighborhood.
To get to COMUNA 13, it will take you 30 minutes by car and finally it will take you only 20 minutes by car to get to the Poblado neighborhood, and enjoy the famous PROVENZA street.

We are located 5 minutes from the ESTADIO and FLORESTA metro station, where you can travel throughout the city and metropolitan area, connected to buses to reach more remote areas.
From José María Córdoba airport in the city of Rionegro, you can find shuttle public transport, additional private vehicles and Taxis that will take you to our apartment in 40 minutes.

We are lovers of our furry friends, that is why we dedicate a space in our accommodation to these family members who occupy such an important place in our lives.
