This sunny home is made up of four separate retreats; three of which are studio apartments. All retreats offer well-equipped kitchens with full-size fridges, ovens, and stoves to prepare anything that comes to mind. This is a great option in case you don't feel like going out and would rather stay in and treat your guests to delicious homemade meals. The retreats are also equipped with Roku smart TVs to keep you all entertained, partial AC units, and share a firepit area where you all can gather for some storytelling while roasting s'mores.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
