The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. You will be required to climb one flight of stairs. The whole apartment is yours, we do not rent rooms individually.

OUR HOUSE RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1. NO SMOKING ($300 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee)
2. NO PARTIES
3. NO PETS ($300 PET VIOLATION)
4. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (all occupants must be listed on the reservation in order to avoid cancellation with no refund)
5. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE IS $25/hr IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST (request must be made 24hrs in advance or sooner)
6. $75 PER ADDITIONAL OCCUPANT THAT EXCEEDS OUR OCCUPANCY LIMIT
7. NO MAIL TO BE DELIVERED TO THE PROPERTY
8. CHECK IN IS ANYTIME AFTER 3PM - CHECK OUT 11AM
9. DO NOT REMOVE PILLOWS, TOWELS, LINENS, BLANKETS OR UTENSILS FROM THE PROPERTY
10. NO FOOD AND DRINK ON OR AROUND THE POOL TABLE (guest will be financially responsible for damages)
