About this property

Welcome to 5 acres on the Bay of Grays Harbor. Located on the mouth of the Humptulips River with great fishing , kayaking, bird watching, duck hunting, trail walking, beautiful view, perfect for sunsets, amazing wildlife, only 8 miles from
the beach, providing much better weather..…no fog!!!. Modern 3,495 square foot house with 4
bedrooms and 4 baths, amazing view in each room, floor length windows throughout the
house.

There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The other two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs as well as the kitchen, dining, and living rooms.

No smoking of any kind or vaping
