About this property

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath spacious pool home minutes from the beach. The kitchen is spacious and open to the family room and dining room with counter seating and views of the pool from every room. The covered lanai features dining for 6 as well as a lounge area all cooled by ceiling fans while enjoying poolside views. The Master suite features a full bath complete with shower and soaking tub and his and hers walk in closets. The bedroom also offers a 43" Smart TV with a separate sofa seating area for independent viewing. The other two bedrooms are secluded on the other side of the home and share a full bath with pool access. The first spare bedroom has a Queen bed, Smart TV and walk in closet while the second offers a full size bed also with Smart TV and walk in closet. The living room is a great space for conversation and relaxation while the family room offers a 58" Smart TV for all your entertainment needs. All of this is offered just minutes from the waterfront where sunshine, great food and spectacular views are plentiful.
