Summary:
Two side-by-side townhomes! Our two townhomes, Lofts 1 and 2, sleep up to 30 guests, perfect for large groups or family reunions. Each spacious 4 bed, 3.5 bath home features an open concept design, guest room, 2 primary rooms with ensuite, and a bunk room. Enjoy the amazing amenities including a heated pool, two large hot tubs, a shallow pool area for kids, and a small playset. Close to mountain biking trails and hiking, this is a great destination for friends and family.

The Space:
The Green Valley Gem townhomes offer the perfect space for families or friends to connect and create lasting memories together. These townhomes are side-by-side, at the end of a section, where you have a corner to yourself. At our properties, we take the cleanliness and hygiene of our linens seriously. We use a TRSA-certified laundry service to ensure that our linens are thoroughly cleaned and of high quality for both our guests and owners. You can be confident that you will have fresh and clean linens during your stay with us. We provide guests with basic toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and soap, as well as regular towels, pool towels, and makeup towels for added convenience. Please note that we do not provide certain toiletries such as toothpaste, lotion, sunscreen, and feminine hygiene products. We recommend that guests bring their own supply of these items for their stay.

The resort offers fun amenities for guests of all ages! Enjoy a friendly game of pickleball on the resort's courts or soak up the sun at the 110-foot heated pool area. The pool features a custom water slide, a relaxing waterfall feature, and a shallow splash area with a water dome for the little ones to play in. Two 19-person hot tubs provide a perfect place to unwind after a day of adventures. For the little ones, there's a small play set and grass area near the pool that has a slide, a couple of swings, and a crawling tunnel.

The open concept living areas of our homes allows for many to gather together in one space and enjoy each other's company. The cozy, yet modern furniture provides comfortable seating for groups to relax and chat or enjoy a movie night on the large flat-screen TV. Fast internet allows for teleworking and streaming media. The fully equipped kitchen provides a perfect space to cook meals together. For kids, the bunk rooms are a fun gathering space. With two sets of double-size bunk beds and a 2nd living space in each home, there's plenty of room for the younger ones to play or hangout. When it's time to unwind, the townhome's outdoor patios provide a perfect space to sit back and appreciate the beautiful area and St. George weather. Whether it's lounging in the sun, grilling up a delicious dinner, or sipping on a refreshing beverage, these homes are to connect with loved ones and make lasting memories.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and all the resort amenities, including the heated pool with a water slide, play area, and Pickleball courts. The homes are equipped with keyless entry systems for secure and easy check-in and check-out.

Parking is free and conveniently located in front of the townhomes and is on a first-come, first-served basis with no assigned spots. Guests are welcome to park in any open spot, and two parking spaces are designated per townhome. If there are additional vehicles, trailers, or ATVs, a gravel parking lot below the Pickleball courts is available. For buses or larger vehicles, parking is allowed along the street below the main entrance.

Experience ultimate relaxation at nearby Melted Massage, or unleash your inner ninja warrior at the BeMoreComplex gym which is walking distance away, featuring The Grip, The RinQ, and Nets on Fire. For nature lovers, the famous Bear Claw Poppy Trail is just around the corner. For the ultimate adventure seeker, don't miss out on the incredible open land managed by the BLM, offering some of the best trails in St. George, perfect for rappelling, canyon zip-lining, and ATV-ing for miles and miles. Whether you're looking for outdoor adventure or indoor fun, the area surrounding the property offers plenty of options for entertainment and relaxation.

Getting Around:
The properties are conveniently located just 5 minutes from the I-15 freeway, which provides easy access to shopping, dining, and other attractions in the St. George area.The nearest airport to the property is St. George Regional Airport (SGU), which is approximately 15 miles away. If you're arriving by plane, we recommend using ride-sharing services like Lyft or Uber to get to the property. Biking around the area is no problem and is very popular.

Southern Utah Attractions:
Zion National Park: Located approximately 1 hour away from the property, Zion National Park is a must-visit destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Hiking, rock climbing, and scenic drives are all popular activities here.
Bryce Canyon National Park: This unique park is known for its distinctive rock formations called hoodoos, and is located approximately 2 hours away from the property.
Snow Canyon State Park: Just a few miles north of St. George, Snow Canyon State Park offers scenic hikes, red rock formations, and sand dunes.
Red Cliffs National Conservation Area: Located just a few miles outside of St. George, Red Cliffs National Conservation Area offers hiking, biking, and camping opportunities in a beautiful desert landscape.
