Are you searching for a perfect place to stay in Dubai with your loved ones? Look no further than this stunning two-bedroom apartment located in Dubai South. The Residential District is a recently developed community which consists of many mid-rise buildings along with shops and services. The apartment is fully furnished in soft greys, white marble finishes and carefully selected artwork which gives it a modern and stylish look. The open-plan kitchen is very functional and has everything you will need to prepare meals. You can enjoy your meals comfortably at the dining table that seats four. The living room has an L-shaped sofa in front of a big-screen TV which is perfect for ending your busy day. The living room leads out to one of two balconies with views of the community. The master bedroom features a luxurious queen-sized bed with Key View's signature linen that is soft and comfortable. The master bedroom opens out to the other balcony facing community views. In the guest bedroom, you will find super comfortable, oversized beds also fitted in Key Views signature linen. Both bedrooms feature ample wardrobe space. The bathroom is fitted in Key Views fluffy towels and hotel-grade amenities to leave you smelling great all day.

The building also features a gymnasium, swimming pool and one private on-site car park.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self-contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
