Nest thermostat controls central heating. Unfortunately, like most homes in the Seattle area, there is no air conditioning. However, a space heater and fan are available for additional temperature control.

Full sized washer and dryer are available in the dedicated garage laundry area.

We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures very seriously. All linens are laundered with every new stay and all surfaces are sanitized with every clean.

Guests have access to the entire home excluding the locked Owners storage, garage (exception laundry area), exterior shed, exterior fire pit and cleaners supply closet in guest bath.

Private entrance with electronic access code for easy, self-check in.

Exterior driveway provides parking for up to 3 vehicles. Additional parking available off 156th street. Please note driveway parking is unavailable if snow or ice is present due to slope.

(4) Four security cameras onsite. One at the front doorbell, one at the backyard entrance, one at exterior storage and one in the garage per Owner insurance requirement.

Other things to note:
- Maximum of six guests.
- No pets.
- No parties or events.
