Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Only a mile and a half from the beach (a 3 minute car ride, or an easy bike ride), this island oasis will lead you to a getaway filled with relaxation and tranquility! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can comfortably sleep 4 guests and up to 6, centrally located to the island's best beaches, restaurants, bustling downtown, and scenic sites historic Amelia Island has to offer. We'd love to host you at Paradise Palms!
The space
This home features:
*1 King sized bedroom with a full bath and 55" SmartTV
*1 Queen sized bedroom, a full bathroom shared with the rest of the house
*1 Den that doubles as a 3rd bedroom. (The large fluffy beanbag in the den unzips to reveal a 3rd Queen sized bed to sleep 2 additional guests)

The home also boasts an open concept living room and full kitchen with counter top seating at the island, brand new stainless steel appliances, central AC, high speed Wifi, a 70" SmartTV and a full sized washer/dryer. We offer outdoors dining on the back deck that can seat 8 comfortably. We also provide beach chairs, cooler (in outside shed), and beach towels for your beach outings! Just add sunscreen! A fire pit with outdoor furniture is waiting for you to wind down after a fun day at the beach. Relax, have a drink and make some S'mores!

Publix grocery store is just a couple blocks away, and a CVS drug store is down the road for all of your shopping needs. Great restaurants like Sliders, SaltLife, The Surf, and The Salty Pelican are just minutes away! So many more to choose from!

This home is moments away from a variety of water-based activities including fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and kite surfing. Make this home your base while exploring Jacksonville (30 minutes south), St. Augustine and Daytona Beach (1.5-2 hours south), Savannah, Georgia (about 2 hours north), or Cumberland Island with the wild horses in St. Marys, Georgia (about 30 minutes north).

You'll be provided welcome instructions upon arrival.

Whether you're wanting to escape the north and cold weather during the winter months, have a temporary job assignment or just need a place for a few months, I'd love to house you for your stay! (I offer a discounted rate to active duty military guests who are staying long term).

Outdoor Shed - It's in the back yard and houses the beach chairs, etc. Please spray down all of the beach equipment after use to prevent rusting.

Grill - The grill tools are located in the kitchen drawer (to the left of the sink). Please clean grill after use and cover it at the end of your stay

Towels/Linens- you should have the proper amount provided for your party. Please place all dirty linens/towels in shower/tub upon departure.

Great home!

We had a great time! The only problem is we didn’t get to stay long enough! Home is adorable and has everything you need!! The owners were helpful and even changed my dates due to change in our plans! Would most assuredly rent this house again! Thank you!

Beautiful

Such a great place to get away! Awesome house with great decor and cleanliness! Great amenities. Outstanding location! Had everything we needed for the weekend! Easy drive into Jacksonville! We loved it and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you so much for a great experience!
