This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. There are restaurants, pharmacies, several supermarkets, banks and bus stops within five minutes' walk. Only a five minute drive to Costco. It is only a 10-minute drive from the commercial center dix 30. 15 minutes drive from Montreal. Exclusive access to a dedicated parking space. Neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Fabulous spot for a La Prairie dtay.

We have family in the area, so this was sn idea location for our Christmas weekend stay. The unit is convenient to South Shore communities and was easy to find with great parking. The kitchen and dining area are spacious and well-equipped. The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The unit was quiet, making for ideal sleeping conditions. The living room has a bit of an odd furniture configuration, making it awkward to watch television, but still works well for socializing. Overall, a great spot.
