About this property

Comfortably stay in this beautifully updated 1955 mid-century home. Only 10 minutes to all the attractions of Downtown Denver and 15 minutes to the foothills. This 3 bed and 2 bath has many original designs and updated finishes. Enjoy the breathtaking Colorado evenings in a large backyard with a dining area and fire pit. Great launching point to head to the mountains for the day! Group and family-friendly!

Just off the main entrance is the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. There is a little dinette to sit at.

More formal dining can be enjoyed in the main living room. You can cozy around the fire while you play games or watch a movie (firewood not included).

Down the hall, you will find the shared bathroom and first room with a full-size bed. Next is the second room with a large king-size bed. Across the hall is the master bedroom with a large closet and attached bath. The master is the only bedroom with a TV (local channels and streaming services only). Bring a pair of warm socks or slippers for the hardwood floors.

Needs deep cleaned

This property is dirty and needs deep cleaned all the way around. No extra towels, dish cloths etc. Another site had a review that stated it needed deep cleaned. Before booking, I specifically asked if it had been done and told yes. It was not. Owner states they will address with cleaning company. No check in instructions sent. Was told an automat3d emaul went out, which I never received.
