Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code.

We are dog/pet friendly with a $50 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions.

All guests must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and credit card to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt**
Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

There is an owners closet in the home that is off limits. We have a sign on this door and it is locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.

Guests understand they are booking a 1940s restored home. While renovated and modernized, it still has many characteristics and quirks of an older home. We ask that you treat it with love and kindness, not flushing anything down the sensitive plumbing, excessive food down the drains, etc. We sincerely hope you enjoy all the wonderful parts of this historic home, just as we have!

No smoking inside the home.
No events/parties allowed.
No outside guests allowed at any time.
Children must never be left unattended.
Pets OK w/ fee (must be paid) but are not allowed in the home alone without being in a crate/kennel. Guests are expected to pick up messes from pets.
