The Cozy Cottage is the perfect place to retreat with your family and friends! No matter your reason for heading to the mountain, this cottage is sure to fit your needs.

The Cozy Cottage is located just 8 miles off Highway 14 on the main Strawberry Point Road, making it easy to find.
We have a wraparound drive which makes it easy to pull through with your trailers for all you toy-haulers!
This adorable little cottage is just what you need to escape the city and get into nature. The house is entirely solar powered and provided efficient power for all your needs. We have fully functioning kitchen with a propane stove and medium size refrigerator/ freezer. Some kitchen essentials are provided including a Keurig single cup coffee maker, crock pot, griddle, bread toaster, pots, pans, and dishes to serve up to 12 guests.
Not only does The Cozy Cottage have a beautiful wood burning stove for romantic evenings or cozy cold mornings, we also have mini-split heater/ air conditioner combo for your ultimate comfort. We will provide you with everything you need to start a fire, including wood inside and outside the house. Just be ready to chop a little if necessary. Some basic knowledge on wood stove fire starting and safety is recommended! This Cottage is Cozy with two bedrooms! One room with a comfortable queen size bed and the other room has one full size bunk bed set with a single trundle (kids only on the trundle). Fresh linens are provided for each bed. Also, extra blankets and quilts are available.

The dining room offers the opportunity to have a nice home cooked meal with an amazing view! With large full-length windows, you will literally be having meals in the aspen trees. Not to mention with a large front yard there is the opportunity for a picnic while you relax and unwind in the woods!

The Cozy living room is a perfect place to kick your feet up after a long day of hunting or hiking, watch a movie, and listen to the fire crackle. There are also sleeping opportunities in the living room with a futon and a single sized hide-a-bed couch.
We recommend starting each morning off right on the full-length deck while you listen to the breeze in the aspen trees! Then unwind in the evening while utilizing the outdoor BBQ grill that is provided and the outdoor picnic area.

Enjoy and recently remodeled bathroom with a full size shower, toilet and vanity! Some basic toiletries like toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your convenience at no extra cost.

We are located within minutes from Duck Creek Village which will have all the necessities you may need. Oh and did I mention the cottage is within reach of National Parks like Zion, Brian Head, and Bryce Canyon! This Cozy Cottage is just minutes from hiking trails (including the Virgin River Rim Trail), OHV riding trails, fishing and kayaking!
