About this property

Welcome to our brand-new, centrally-located suite!

This suite was constructed 3 years ago, so all furnishings and decor are completely new for your comfort.

We are located within walkable distance Nanaimo Skytrain station (600m), which gives convenient access to Downtown Vancouver, YVR Airport, and other transit areas.

Within a 15 minute drive you can hike, go to the beach, go to fantastic restaurants and shopping districts, and more!

The Space:
This private basement is equipped with everything you would need for short or long term stay!

There is a staircase to a private entrance. The entire suite is private, however there is another unit occupied upstairs with tenants.

The bed room includes a queen sized bed, with a desk for those who need a dedicated work station while travelling. It also has a 45 inch Hi sense TV with in unit washer and dryer.

The kitchen includes cooking essentials (pots, pans, oil, salt & pepper, sugar, etc.) along with a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.

The living room includes a sofa bed which can be put down and sleep a third guest if needed!

1. "Is this unit shared?"

No. This unit is completely private, with a separate private entrance. Everything in the suite
is private and not shared!

2. "Is parking difficult?"

Not at all. There is street parking that is free 24/7. There should not be a problem finding
parking during your stay.

3. "Do you provide linens and toiletries during your stay?

We provide linens, towels, blankets, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel during your stay.

Conveniently located, clean and neat place

We enjoyed our stay at this property during our last minute getaway. This was conveniently located near the areas we wanted to visit, and it was a comfortable stay.
