➣Tucked away on 5 acres of private and secluded land, Hidden Falls provides the ULTIMATE ESCAPE INTO NATURE.
➣Surrounded by towering trees and the soothing sounds of birds, you'll have NO INTERACTION WITH NEIGHBORS, ensuring your peace and tranquility.
➣Just a short 15-minute drive will take you to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, while Gatlinburg is only 40 minutes away.

[HIKING TRAIL]
➣Head from the cabin down the trail into the woods
➣You will hear the sounds of the water fall get louder as you inch closer to this magical place
➣The hike to the waterfall is all downhill
➣There are dead trees and stumps along the way so we encourage everyone to wear proper hiking attire
➣You will be in the woods and you most likely will see wildlife at this time
➣A BEAR IS NOT A PET. If you see one don't approach it or feed it
➣We don't recommend solo-hikes - take someone with you
➣What goes down must come back up! The hike back up to the cabin is straight uphill. You will get a decent workout but it is TOTALLY WORTH IT

[HOT TUB OVERLOOKING THE MOUNTAINS]
➣Take in the mountain views from the comfort of your hot tub, which accommodates up to 7 people.
➣The hot tub is fitted with BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS for your enjoyment
➣To ensure your safety and comfort, the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned, drained, and refilled with fresh water after each guest's stay.
➣We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality.
➣Due to this, the hot tub may not be fully heated upon your arrival

[POOL ACCESS DURING SUMMER]
➣We have partnered with Honey Suckle Meadows & Deli at 4005 Tomahawk Way, Sevierville, TN 37862 (approximately 15 minute drive from the cabin)
➣We pay an annual fee so our guests can have complimentary access to the pool & adjoining facilities
*Just tell them you are guests at Hidden Falls
➣You can go*gle them or call them for updated season dates and hours
➣Typically they are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 10am to 6pm but their hours can change without prior notification
➣There is a deli and a catch-and-release pond next door

[PETS]
➣We understand that your furry family members are an integral part of your vacation, which is why our cabin is pet-friendly.
➣Your four-legged companions are more than welcome to join you on your Smoky Mountain getaway
➣PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET
➣Only 2 pets per stay. NO EXCEPTIONS
➣We do have cameras on the property and will verify
➣If you bring more than 2 pets then you will be asked to leave without a refund
➣We thoroughly clean the property after each guest however it is impossible to get rid of all fur
➣Please consider this if you do not have pets or in case you have allergies
➣We charge a fee of $150 per stay regardless of the number of pets you are bringing.
➣You will need to enter the number of pets to the guest list so that the nightly price can be adjusted accordingly.
➣If you bring a pet without adding them to the guest list then we will assess the $150 fee
➣We have 2 crates (one for approximately 60-70 Lb dog and one for a 25-35 Lb dog)
➣All dogs MUST BE HOUSE-TRAINED and WELL BEHAVED
➣Pets cannot be left unattended at the cabin UNLESS THEY ARE CRATED

[SNOW STORMS & POWER OUTAGES]
➣During the cold months (November through February) we encourage 4WD in case we get snowfall.
➣Power outages can happen when there's a snow storm. This can be a big deal because all the water in the cabin relies on an electric well pump
➣In order to minimize guest disruption we have a 24KW Generac whole-house generator that turns on automatically if the power goes out.
➣Regardless of these precautions, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRIP INSURANCE through a third party

[PARKING]
The driveway is paved and has space for up to 4 vehicles.
The driveway down from the main street is sloped downhill but the parking area is flat

[CONSUMABLE ITEMS PROVIDED]

[THE NON-FUN PART STARTS HERE]
➣We strive for perfection but that's not always attainable. No cabin or host is perfect. We will bend over backwards to make things right
➣If you see something then say something.
➤If there is an amenity or feature that's not working as intended, then we would like to know about it.
➤If you let us know then we will attempt to fix it, even during your stay, as long as we get your permission
➤If you deem the issue not urgent then we can always wait until after checkout to get it addressed. We would like to know about it during your stay so we can make arrangements in advance to get it fixed prior to the next guests' arrival
➣This is a luxurious cabin loaded with all sorts of beautiful AND expensive features.
➣We expect each guest to treat the property with the utmost respect. This allows us to continue providing awesome accommodations to future vacationers at a reasonable price
➣If you're looking for a place to have an immature drunken party then this is not the cabin for you
➣PARENTS: We expect you to control your children. If you can't or won't then we kindly ask that you book another cabin
➣You must be 25 years old to book this cabin. NO EXCEPTIONS
➣You MUST provide your ID for verification
➣SCAMMERS will not be tolerated and we will report you to the authorities for full prosecution

[OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE]
➣We do not refund due to weather, driving conditions, power outages or other acts of nature that we don't & can't control. We advise you to get trip insurance
➣With the cabin being in the mountains you might lose cell service. We recommend printing directions and check-in instructions ahead of time.
➣Since this cabin is in the woods, you will see bugs, bees, scorpions, millipedes, lady bugs and all sorts of critters. We do have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all insects.
➣You might encounter bears. These are wild and dangerous animals so please do not approach them or feed them. Do not leave your car doors open, even when going inside the cabin for just a few minutes.
➣Always lock your car – bears have been known to open car doors. Some have even died inside vehicles
➣Always dispose all trash in the bear-proof receptacle outside the cabin.
