The space
Welcome to Little Marshmallow!
With 2 bedrooms (1 king 1 pullout queen futon), bathroom with a tub/shower, and a big, open chef s kitchen and living room space with huge windows and tons of sun natural light, there s plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out in 800 sq. ft of well-equipped space.

The home is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need for cooking, brand new stainless steel appliances, Tramontina cookware, Vitamix, Magic Bullet, French press, tons of counter pantry space, 2 Smart Roku TVs, super comfy new WinkBed, new pull-out futon, fast reliable wifi and desk space.

There is also a 6-person eating counter and a private deck with a gas grill and seating overlooking a backyard patio space. Enjoy Central Oregon s clear, starry nights on the deck, or around Adirondack chairs on the back patio.

Under the ADU off the patio, there s a small but mighty shared gym/weight room with everything you need for a full workout, including a squat rack and bench, Olympic bar, bumper weight plates, medicine ball, pull-up bar, lat pulldown/row cable and a pair of SMRTFT adjustable dumbbells that can range from 5-80 lbs.

You ll have access to your entire ADU unit, garage and private deck, as well as access to a shared gym/weight room
**Please note-- guests staying in the main house (Big Marshmallow) will have priority for the fire pit and back table seating. If no one is staying there, it is all yours! Just reach out and ask us.

For access to the gym, please contact us for the code. For liability purposes, we will ask anyone who enters to fill out a simple waiver.

Other things to note
Little Marshmallow is the 800-sq ft. ADU on the Marshmallow Compound . In the front is Big Marshmallow, the 1,900-sq ft. main house with 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6.
