Welcome to Mercer Furnished Apartments! We offer an amazing One Bedroom apartment located in the heart of Lower Queen Anne - Climate Pledge Arena is a block away and Seattle Center with the Space Needle, Opera House and Pacific NW Ballet are just a short walk.

The apartment is located inside a quaint, 3-story, walk up, brick building with a secured gate entry and front door. We do not have an elevator in the building.

You will be booking into one of our many one bedroom apartments, with a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. You will have a dining room table along with a separate desk and office chair – combined with our high-speed internet connection, working from home can be a breeze! Each of our apartments is unique and has its own personality.

Every apartment has one queen size bed and one couch that can be folded open to a full-size bed. The space is comfortable for 3 grown adults or for a family of two adults and two young children.

Great place

Place was great, docked 1 star because I feels silly that I paid a cleaning fee but I had to take out my own trash in the basement (we stayed on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator)

Weekend in the City

This property was in a great location to all the downtown venues. If you aren’t into walking the bus station is across the street. The grocery store across the street is a huge bonus. Property manager was great to work with very responsive and helpful. Loved the cute, clean little apartment in an historic old building.
