The home is a 5-minute drive to the main highway that spans all of Broken Bow (US 259). You can visit the local wineries and breweries (like Mountain Fork Brewing), peruse the local shops (and get a sweet treat at Okie Girls Coffee & Ice Cream), enjoy a steak at Abendigo’s, get a massage at Body Harmony Spa, or check out the Choctaw Casino. Timberline is also 40 minutes from De Queen J. Lynn Helms Airport and 36 minutes from McCurtain County Regional Airport.

Tucked away in the Ouachita Mountains of southeastern Oklahoma, Broken Bow / Hochatown is an ideal spot for nature lovers and a go-to area for outdoor enthusiasts with picturesque lakes, like Broken Bow Lake, great for swimming, boating, and lounging on the sandy shores. The town sits close to the picturesque Beavers Bend State Park, celebrated for its immaculate timberlands, crystal clear rivers, and jagged mountains. Guests can explore the nearby Hochatown State Park, renowned for its hiking paths, scenic overlooks, and bountiful wildlife.
Guests will be sent a code to check into the property the morning of the reservation. The home will be accessed through a smart lock.
Boutiq’s Timberline luxury vacation rental is a brand new, 2-story cabin located on a stunning wooded one-acre lot in the beautiful forests of Broken Bow. The home features an open floor plan that welcomes groups into the first-floor living room with vaulted ceilings and gorgeous wood paneling, as well as a commanding stone fireplace and adjoining kitchen/dining area with a wet bar, wine fridge, emerald marble countertops, and large double glass sliding doors that open to the mountain views.

The second floor has two primary bedrooms with king-sized beds, both with ensuite bathrooms featuring luxurious Zellige emerald green subway tile walk-in showers and private decks for enjoying the expansive mountain views along with your favorite beverage. There is an additional bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a bunk room with 3 full-sized beds and three twin-sized beds.

There’s even a game room loft featuring a pool table, shuffleboard table, and arcade cabinet.

Your group will appreciate the attention to detail throughout, including premium Milton mattresses, smart TVs in multiple rooms, smart lock entry, high speed internet, premium full-size bath and body products, gourmet coffee for the drip coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare large meals in the upscale chef’s kitchen.
