Within the modern space, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 are connected and located on the second floor. Bedroom 3 is located on the third floor. Each room has beds with soft, quality linen along with plenty of space for you to unpack and make yourself at home. Bedroom 1 comes with a Smart TV when you want to lounge and relax. An extra queen air mattress is also available for when you need more sleeping space.

There are 3 lavish full bathrooms that come stocked with all the essentials for your stay along with soft fluffy towels so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Please also keep in mind that we have a ZERO tolerance policy on any violations of all short term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over occupancy - the occupancy listed on the agreement is the only occupancy allowed in the property. No additional guests allowed at any time
Other things to note
We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.

No smoking
A photo ID will be required to confirm the booking.
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM
Check out by 11 AM

Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10 PM! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, and termination of your reservation. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.
