Appliances, including fridge/freezer -ice maker. coffee maker, Microwave. Full cooking range and so much more. All bed linen and towels are supplied including pool towels, children's utensils.

House is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area. A formal dining and sitting area with dining suite allows a relaxing area.
Terra Verde is a private resort with 24-hour manned security gate.
Guests have access to all its amenities including Clubhouse with concierge, large, heated pool/spa, Tiki bar, Sauna, gym, cybercafé, amusement arcade, basketball court and children’s play area. The Clubhouse also does a variety of things to entertain guests e.g Movie nights, Easter egg hunts, Christmas events and the like. Terra Verde is about 2 miles southeast of Kissimmee Old Town and highway 192 tourist and restaurant area –Disney is around 20 mins drive, and Sea World, Universal and Universal' Volcano Bay' around 25/30 minutes' drive. The Premium Outlets, Premier Outlets and International Drive are about 15/20 mins away while Orlando International Airport, the Florida Mall and Millenium Mall are about 30+ mins. Tampa Busch Gardens, Cyprus Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona and Cocoa Beach all within 60–70-minute drive. Many grocery shops are minutes away – you cannot get a better location!
