Guest Access:
Guest needs to fill out the condo application online ($150) in order to be registered in the building, and place a security deposit of $2,000.00. Instructions below.
Parking is available at $24/night (Valet).
Self-parking spot (covered) is $50/month. (guest must have completed the condo's application)
Guest will be asked to sign a rental agreement to submit it with the condo application. The application requires the personal information of the guest and is not collected by Stayplus. It is collected by the condominium association. The fee for the application is $150/person (must be paid outside of Airbnb)
Please keep in mind that this is a high-end condo building with security and private access to residences, therefore we cannot offer you accommodation without you completing the process.

House Rules:
- Smoking violation fee of $250.00.
- Late checkout fee of $40.00 if the guest is not out by 11:30 AM.
- Guests must pay a full extra night if they stay past 12:15 PM.
- Quiet enjoyment. We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. In order to provide quiet enjoyment for all guests in the property, disturbing the quiet enjoyment of any other guest in the building or surrounding neighbors is forbidden. The guest is responsible for adhering to the building’s quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am on weekdays and from 10pm -10 am in weekends.
