If you have kids or enjoy the outdoors, there is an amazing park just a few feet from the homes front door that includes bbq’s covered in a huge structured gazebo for a family get together or party, a swing set and slide for the kids, basketball court, volleyball net, duck pond full of ducks with a seating area, public bathrooms, walking and bike trail, along with a huge area of green lush grass to roam through or for your other activities. You will also have the convenience of close shopping, grocery stores, liquor store, movie theater as well as the All Abilities Park just 10 minutes away with Sand Hollow only being 30 minutes. This family friendly home is a must.
