The living room has a Smart TV with streaming apps (there is no cable TV). The kitchen is newly updated with new appliances and a dining table.

-This 3-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 7 people.
-Each bedroom has linens and bedding provided.
-There is a pull out couch in the living for additional sleeping.

-Guests will have access to the entire home, outside deck and driveway.
-Please keep in mind that this is a multi unit home and there are other private units in the lower portion of the home.
-All units have their own private entrances and do not have any areas leading into one another.
-This is the 2nd level of the home and there are stairs to enter.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.
KEYLESS ENTRY:
-Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING:
-There is a driveway at this property for 1 vehicle.
-Another vehicle may park on street at the end of the driveway if needed.
-If you have additional vehicles we strongly suggest guests park at the Wave Garage on Fairmont and Mississippi Avenues, which is a 5-minute walk to the property.
-You may street park where available, but the vicinity can become busy at times due to the location.
-The Wave Garage is very close, convenient, and reasonable for parking.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
MAIL:
-Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.

While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly.
