About this property

The views are the first feature you will notice as you walk into the living area. Breathtaking views of Beaver Creek through huge vaulted windows! Then you will notice the large open floor plan with plenty of seating both in the living area and at the dining table. The kitchen is not only beautiful but also thoughtfully constructed and fully stocked. Also on the main level is a 3/4, fully stocked bathroom.

The Primary bedroom, with a King bed, and bathroom are located on the whole upper floor. Privacy abounds and includes an outdoor deck.

Bedroom 2 and 3 occupy the lower walkout level. Bedroom 2 is large and has both a full bed and bunk beds. Bedroom 3 contains a queen bed. It is also quite large with a door leading to an outdoor patio. The lower level is finished out with the laundry facilities and a full bathroom.

This townhome is located on the Town of Avon free town bus route and next to Nottingham Lake. You will appreciate being minutes from world-class skiing, at Beaver Creek via the Westin Riverfront Gondola, mountain bike riding at the Avon Preserve, all the shopping and dining that make Avon the Heart of the Vail Valley. We have put together a binder with all of our favorite restaurants and activities in the area. You will also find local hiking books for year round activities.

Hello from Tracy and Tammy Tish! We currently live in Minneapolis, MN and Avon CO. We are outdoor enthusiast who enjoy everything from biking to kayaking and of course, skiing. We have been hosting for over 10 years with other properties and love meeting people from all over the world.

Why they chose this property

We have been enjoying the town of Avon at a different location for years and just recently decided to make our own home in this location. The views of the ski slop from the living room are stunning in every season. We also love being in the heart of Avon. Nottingham Lake is just a short walk and the walking path around the lake is a great stroll. In the summer, you can enjoy activities at the pavilion, and the beach. And for those of you with kids or grandkids like us, the playground is amazing. Along with all of that, we can walk to stores and restaurants. Plus, the local free bus stop is just a 2 minute walk from our front door. The bus takes you all over town and up to the ski resort. Honestly, there is so much to love about this location! Enjoy and explore!

If you choose to stay at our home you will be impressed with the views every time you walk into the living/dining room. The 30ft vaulted ceiling adds to the luxurious feel of our home. We have provided you with all the amenities of a fully stocked home so you feel right at home. Each room has its own charm, from the 3rd generation quilt hanging on one bedroom wall, to the old fashioned cross country ski hanging above the fireplace that belonged to my parents, to the beautiful and spacious kitchen. We are very proud of our new home and know that you will enjoy your stay.
